The Missing Link Workshop: Mobility for Active Adults
Move better, feel better, and get more out of the activities you already love.
If you lift weights, run, golf, play pickleball, or stay active—but deal with tightness, stiffness, or nagging aches—this workshop is designed for you. Many active adults focus on the activities they enjoy but skip the mobility and movement work that actually keeps their body feeling good and performing at a high level. Over time, that gap can lead to limited range of motion, inefficient movement, and the aches and pains that hold you back.
The Missing Link Workshop is all about addressing that gap. Through a combination of education and guided movement, you’ll learn how to improve mobility, reduce stress on your joints, and move more efficiently so you can continue doing what you love—without feeling restricted by your body.
During this workshop, you’ll:
Learn why tightness and stiffness keep coming back
Improve mobility in key areas like hips, shoulders, and spine
Develop better movement control and efficiency
Reduce wear and tear from repetitive training and activity
Experience simple, effective strategies you can immediately apply
You’ll then take part in a hands-on movement session designed to help you feel the difference right away in how your body moves and responds.
