We offer three progressive training formats to fit your goals and comfort level:

  • Private Training (1 client per coach) for the highest level of customization and attention

  • Semi-Private Training (2–4 clients per coach) for individualized programming with peer motivation

  • Small Group Fitness (4–6 participants) for community, consistency, and cost-effective coaching
