Small Group Training in Portage
What is Small Group Training?
Small Group Training at Pure Movement is designed for people who want more than just a workout.
Our small group classes are limited to 4 people, giving you the benefits of personalized coaching while still training alongside others. You won’t be left to figure things out—we take the time to get to know you, understand how your body moves, and adjust exercises to fit your needs.
Each class has a specific focus to help you:
Move with less stiffness and fewer aches
Build strength that supports your lifestyle
Improve balance, control, and confidence
You’ll get the guidance of personal training with the energy and accountability of a group—without the guesswork or overwhelm of a typical fitness class.
The best way to see if it’s the right fit is to try a free class.
