Your body and your bank account have something in common. Both depend on the reserves you build and how well you look after them.

Join us for a relaxed morning of coffee and conversation. Pure Movement and our community partner, Consumers Credit Union, will share practical ways to protect your health and your finances as you age. You’ll leave with simple steps you can start this week, and there will be time for your questions.
