Staying strong as we age is one of the most important factors for maintaining independence, confidence, and quality of life. At Pure Movement, we are hosting a Senior Open House to help members of the Portage and Kalamazoo community learn how safe, structured strength training can support healthy aging and long-term mobility.

Tuesday, March 17th – 11:00 AM
Friday, March 20th – 11:00 AM (FULL)
During this event, you will have the opportunity to visit our facility, meet some of our team, and learn how strength training can help you stay active and resilient for years to come.
Why Strength Training Matters for Seniors
Research consistently shows that strength training plays a critical role in healthy aging. Benefits include:
Maintaining independence by making everyday activities easier
Improving balance and coordination to help reduce fall risk
Supporting bone density and reducing the risk of osteoporosis
Building muscle strength to protect joints and improve mobility
Increasing confidence and overall quality of life
Our goal is to help you understand how strength training can be safe, effective, and tailored to your individual needs, regardless of your current fitness level.
