Next, we focus on reconnecting you to your deep core and pelvic floor using Pilates-based strength and intentional breath-driven movement. You’ll build awareness, coordination, and control—helping you better understand how your body works and how to engage it properly.

Valarie Bader blends mindful movement, mobility, and strength training with a genuine passion for helping women feel strong, confident, and capable at every stage of life.
She specializes in working with postpartum and perimenopausal women in Portage and Kalamazoo, helping them restore core and pelvic floor function, rebuild strength, and reconnect with their body in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.
With certifications in Personal Training, Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Nutrition, Valarie integrates a wide range of techniques—including myofascial release, Pilates-based strength, and pranayama breathwork—to create sessions that are both effective and empowering.
