Stronger Than You Think: A 6-Week Challenge to Kick Off Your Fall

Fall is a season of fresh starts. The kids are back in school, routines are resetting, and there's a natural pull toward doing something for you again. That's exactly why we built Stronger Than You Think — a 6-week fitness and wellness challenge designed to help you build real, sustainable habits, feel supported every step of the way, and rediscover just how capable you already are.

Starting September 14th and running through October 25th, this challenge isn't about punishing workouts or unrealistic transformations. It's about proving to yourself — one small win at a time — that you're stronger than you think.

Why This Challenge Is Different

Most "challenges" are built around intimidation: extreme workouts, restrictive diets, and leaderboards that only reward the fittest people in the room. We built ours the opposite way.

Stronger Than You Think meets you where you are. Whether you're brand new to structured exercise or you've been training for years, the program is designed to be approachable, encouraging, and genuinely doable — while still giving you a clear structure and real accountability to keep you moving forward.

Here's what makes it work:

A Point System That Rewards the Whole Picture

Fitness isn't just about how hard you work out — it's about how you live. Our scoring reflects that:

  • Up to 3 workouts a week (20 points each) — from a coached session, a coach-programmed plan, workout on your own, or an app-based workout. However you like to move, it counts.

  • Up to 6 healthy habits a week (10 points each) — spanning nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep & recovery, mindfulness, and connection. Every category shows up every week, so no area of your wellbeing gets left behind.

  • A weekly engagement bonus (10 points) for showing up in our group chat — cheering on teammates, sharing wins, asking questions.

That's up to 130 points a week and 780 points over the full 6 weeks — plenty of ways to rack up points even on your busiest weeks.

Real Coaching, Not Just a Workout Plan

This challenge is your on-ramp to working with a dedicated coach in the format that fits your life:

  • Small group training for camaraderie and energy

  • Semi-private coaching for more individualized attention in a smaller setting

  • One-on-one personal training for a fully customized plan built around your goals

You'll be matched with a coach — like Jake, whose Functional Strength & Conditioning classes focus on building confidence through progressive resistance training and modifications tailored to each individual, or Valarie, whose Breathe, Stretch, Grow classes bring mobility, breathwork, and gentle movement to the table.

Prizes Along the Way — and a Grand Prize Worth Training For

Consistency deserves to be celebrated. Each week, we're giving out fun rotating prizes to keep the momentum and excitement going. And if you stay consistent for all 6 weeks? You'll be in the running for our grand prize: a free month of one-on-one personal training — four sessions with a dedicated coach, completely on us, as a thank-you for showing up for yourself.

The Financial Win: Two Weeks Free

Here's the part that makes this a no-brainer: new clients join at our standard one-month trial rate — which means your first two weeks are completely free. You get real coaching, real community, and real momentum before you've paid for a single extra day. It's the easiest, lowest-risk way to find out what working with a coach can do for you.

Why It's Worth Joining

By the end of these 6 weeks, here's what you'll walk away with:

  • A body that feels stronger, more mobile, and more resilient — not from extreme workouts, but from consistent, well-rounded effort

  • Habits that actually stick, because you'll have practiced them daily across every dimension of health, not just exercise

  • A support system — coaches, teammates, and a group chat cheering you on when motivation dips

  • Proof, in the form of points and progress, that you can commit to yourself and follow through

  • A relationship with a coach who already knows your goals, so the momentum doesn't stop when the challenge ends

This isn't a one-and-done event. It's the start of a routine you can carry forward — and after the challenge wraps, you can continue on as a full member or, at minimum, you’ll have the tools to be successful on your own.

Spots Are Limited

We're only opening about 10 spots across Jake's and Valarie's programs, so this stays personal, supportive, and coach-led rather than crowded and impersonal. With a fixed start date of September 14th, now's the time to decide this is your fall.

You don't have to be the fittest person in the room. You just have to show up. And we think — once you see what you're capable of — you'll realize you're stronger than you think.
